1. Generally, glasses are packed in one OPP bag/sealed bag each, children's glasses are usually packed 24 pairs per box (paper box), and other glasses are usually packed 12/16/20 pairs per box
(For detailed packaging information, please consult customer service.)Except for certain styles of high-end sunglasses, anti-radiation glasses, and children's high-end polarized glasses, which come with packaging (please refer to the product description for details).
There is no packaging included. If customers need packaging, they can consult customer service for an additional fee.
2. Each product has a specified minimum order quantity. Products that support small-volume wholesale can be mixed and matched as long as a single purchase reaches 100 yuan or 5 items.
Mixed batch means that as long as the amount or quantity meets the specified requirements, there is no limit on the quantity of a single item, and colors and specifications can be freely chosen.
3. Before making a purchase, please try to learn as much as possible about the product. If you have any questions, please ask via Wangwang or leave a message, or leave a note for the seller when placing the order.
4. The seller will ship the item within forty-eight hours after the purchase is made.Orders placed before 4 PM will be shipped via YTO Express as our default option. For SF Express and local deliveries, payment is upon receipt. If you require a different courier, please contact customer service to pay the price difference. For areas where delivery is not available, please contact customer service. For large quantities, we can use logistics shipping.
5. Most of the items in our store are available for purchase and are generally in stock. If there is a shortage of any item, we will contact you promptly.Please try to clarify the size, color, etc., before making a purchase. 6. All products in this store are photographed in real life. Due to factors such as shooting conditions and lighting, the actual product may have slight color differences from the photos. Color variations may occur due to differences in monitors or camera exposure. The actual color and tone of the product shall be considered the standard.
For returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues (provided the item is brand new, unused, and does not affect resale), the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
All returns and exchanges must be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving the product, and the product must be sent back within 72 hours; requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
8. When you receive the package, please do not rush to sign the receipt. Please be sure to open the package and inspect the goods in the presence of the courier. If the item is damaged or there is a shortage in quantity, please refuse to accept it!

9. The following situations do not qualify for returns or exchanges: occasional small air bubbles, scratches, minor defects, etc., which do not affect sales, are not considered quality issues. All eyewear manufacturers cannot avoid such problems; no product is 100% perfect. Human-caused defects, product color differences, slow logistics, and poor service attitude of the logistics company are not covered. Issues related to the buyer's subjective judgment (e.g., disliking the product, it's not what I imagined, it's different from other brands, the material doesn't meet expectations, the feel is not good, it looks low-quality, etc.). There is a difference in color between the shipments, as each batch is different, making it difficult to guarantee that the product's color will be exactly the same as the previous batch. 10. When using glasses, handle them with care and wear them with both hands, closing the left side first and then the right side.When removing and storing glasses, do not let the convex side of the lenses come into contact with hard objects; it is best to store them in a glasses case
If the glasses are dirty, they should be wiped with a special cloth for resin lenses. Ordinary cloths have loose fibers and can easily trap sand particles, which can cause the lenses to get scratched.You should not wipe it with a napkin
Instead, first rinse the lenses with clean water, then gently wipe them with a specialized lens cloth.
