1. I would like to know what the shipping cost is
Answer: The shipping cost is the actual fee incurred based on the shipping method chosen by the customer. Generally, shipping is done via express delivery (express delivery is based on the actual weight of the goods)
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and transportation distance. If customers have special shipping requirements, we will try our best to accommodate them.Please rest assured that the company will not overcharge customers for shipping fees, and if it does, it will be refunded to you.

Answer: All prices are available on the website, you can check them according to your actual needs or consult our customer service
4. Are all the items shown in the pictures on your website in stock?
Answer: Except for the custom-made section, we generally have everything in stock, as we have a large number of wholesale customers, and occasionally there may be temporary shortages of certain products.In case of out-of-stock situation, customer service will promptly notify you to exchange the item.If the customer does not agree to an exchange, the company will promptly refund the excess payment to you.
5. Are all the prices on the website your wholesale prices?
Yes, the prices on the website are wholesale prices. You can apply to become our member, and members can enjoy member discounts based on accumulated spending and the number of orders placed.
6. How do you sell your sunglasses? Do you just sell them online?
Answer: You can place an order online, or by contacting our customer service.
7. I have placed an order, when can it be shipped?
Answer: Orders placed and paid for before 16:00 on the same day can be shipped normally (except for logistics shipments).
8. How should I fill in the shipping fee section when placing an order?
Answer: The shipping cost is generally automatically generated based on the weight of your goods and the delivery location. If there is a special case where the shipping cost is not generated, you can randomly enter a number (e.g., 5). After you place your order, customer service will adjust the order amount based on the actual weight of the goods and the requested shipping method. Once the amount is adjusted, you can then proceed with payment.
Note: Due to the fact that the UV resistance rating on the 1688 platform has only one fixed value, only one option can be selected. Our factory's sunglass lenses have UVA (greater than 315nm and less than or equal to 400nm) and UVB (greater than 280nm and less than or equal to 400nm) ratings. Flat white lenses (non-sunglasses) are not within this range
